Plagiarism or Similarity...???!!!

Last weekend  I got surprised  to see this following article on a Newspaper ,named "The Daily Star"!

Here I've picked some relevant screenshots up from those two previous posts for your better understanding :

Though my posts were published in 2016, this print media writer (Staff writer of that newspaper) has written on this issue in 2017 with the same concept! What a Similarity! What do you think? Is it because of our similarities in thoughts or plagiarism of intellectual concept? I would like to see your opinion here through comments.
